Arrival - Rideshare / Foot

Step 1/4: Ask your driver to drop you off at the building’s main entrance.

If the front doors are locked, there is a call button to the far left where you can dial #001 to reach the concierge who will remotely grant access.

1. Locate the building corner near the Westin Hotel. Approach a gate with a keypad next to it.
2. Enter the building access code *2016
3. Walk towards the elevators and proceed to your floor
4. Locate your apartment and enter your 4-digit access code. Press the checkmark to unlock the door.
5. A key fob is located within your room that provides building access

Step 2/4: Enter the building and proceed down the hall and to the right. Walk past the Concierge desk and turn right just beyond the stone column.

Step 3/4: At the KeyCafe system, using the screen at the bottom right, touch the screen and select “key pickup”. Enter the 8-digit code sent to you earlier, and press the green checkmark button. The bin containing your key fob will pop open automatically. Grab your key fob, close the bin, and head to your apartment.

Please Note: You will return your key fob back to the KeyCafe when you depart.

Last Step: Proceed to your apartment via the elevators in front of the concierge desk.

The provided key fob will allow you to access building entrances, elevators, your apartment, and building amenity areas.

‍

Please Note: Your apartment door will automatically lock upon closing, so please do not forget to grab your key fob when exiting your apartment throughout your stay.

Arrival - Parking

PLEASE NOTE: Your vehicle must be registered with the Locale team prior to parking to avoid being towed. Text the make, model, and plate number to (512) 580-7606. Parking is limited and cannot be guaranteed.

Step 1/7: The parking gates are located at the end of the building, farthest from Victory Ave. Enter the parking garage and immediately turn left (do not proceed forward through the parking gate in front of you), then proceed toward the building glass entry.

Step 2/7: Temporarily park in one of the five temporary or "future resident" parking spots.

‍

Step 3/7: Enter the building via the main entrance.

‍

Step 4/7 Enter the building and turn left just before the Concierge desk.

Step 5/7: At the KeyCafe system, using the screen at the bottom right, touch the screen and select “key pickup”. Enter the 8-digit code sent to you earlier, and press the green checkmark button. The bin containing your key fob and parking pass will pop open automatically. Grab your fob and pass, close the bin, and return to your vehicle.

Please Note: You will return your key fob back to the KeyCafe when you depart.

Step 6/7: Pull your vehicle to the garage entry gate that is located near the door you just used. Hold the parking pass up to your windshield, and a ceiling-mounted sensor will read the pass to open the gate. You may park in any space with a Locale sign.

Last Step: Use your key fob to enter the building through the door located between the accessible parking spaces. Turn left to proceed toward the elevators.
