Arrival - Rideshare / Foot

Step 1/4: Find the main entrance upon arrival at 550 Oak Grove Ave. On the right side of the main entry doors, there is an access panel with a camera. Scan your QR code to access the building.

1. Locate the building corner near the Westin Hotel. Approach a gate with a keypad next to it.
2. Enter the building access code *2016
3. Walk towards the elevators and proceed to your floor
4. Locate your apartment and enter your 4-digit access code. Press the checkmark to unlock the door.
5. A key fob is located within your room that provides building access

Step 2/4: Proceed down the hallway to your right to access the elevator and your Locale apartment.

Step 3/4: Locate your apartment and wake the door lock by placing your hand over the keypad area. Then enter your four-digit access code followed by the checkmark to unlock the door.

Last Step: Locate the keycard in your apartment. This can be used to access the building instead of the QR code, and will also allow access to the amenities.

Arrival - Parking

PLEASE NOTE: Your vehicle must be registered with the Locale team prior to parking in order to avoid being towed. Text the make, model, and plate number to 512-580-7606.

Step 1/6: Drive to the main entrance at 550 Oak Grove Ave. Upon arrival, find short-term parking so you can collect your parking pass from your apartment and park in the garage. There is free 30-60 minute parking directly across the street from the main entrance along Garwood Ave. There are also loading zone spaces directly in front of the main entrance.

Step 2/6: Approach the main entrance. On the right side of the main entry doors, there is an access panel with a camera. Scan your QR code to access the building.

Step 3/6: Proceed down the hallway to your right to access the elevator and your Locale apartment.

Step 4/6: Locate your apartment and wake the door lock by placing your hand over the keypad area. Then enter your four-digit access code followed by the checkmark to unlock the door.

Step 5/6: Locate the keycard in your apartment. This can be used to access the building instead of the QR code, and will also allow access to the amenities.

Step 6/6: Park your vehicle in the garage using the garage entry on Garwood Way. You may park in any space on the first or second floor of the garage that is not reserved and does not have a number. Hang the parking permit from your rearview mirror with the barcode facing away from you.

Please Note: You will need to re-park your car once you have obtained your parking pass from your apartment. Your vehicle must also be registered with Locale. Text your vehicle's make, model, and license plate to 512-580-7606. Failure to do so may result in your vehicle being ticketed or towed.
