Parking

Garage parking is available for a nightly fee. Carefully follow the instructions below to retrieve your pass from inside the apartment before parking your vehicle.

Arrival - Rideshare / Foot


Step 1/4: Walk to the building’s main entrance

The door is located off Pine Street, up the right side stairs.

  1. Locate the building corner near the Westin Hotel. Approach a gate with a keypad next to it.
  2. Enter the building access code *2016
  3. Walk towards the elevators and proceed to your floor
  4. Locate your apartment and enter your 4-digit access code. Press the checkmark to unlock the door.
  5. A key fob is located within your room that provides building access
Step 2/4: Enter the building

Enter the code #5150 on the call box to the left of the door. Once accepted, it will unlock.

This code can also be found in the Hotel Information section of the OpenKey app.

If you haven't yet downloaded the app, you'll need to do so before reaching your apartment.

Step 3/4: Proceed to the elevator, up to Floor 3

Enter the lobby and turn right down the hall, before the coffee machine. Press the button to open the frosted glass doors. From there, follow signs to the elevator.


Last Step: Unlock your apartment door

Using the OpenKey app, place your phone over the black cover on the lock, and

tap the orange button on your device to unlock the door. You will hear a buzzing sound when successful. The door will re-lock after 4 seconds.

Your phone is your key, please have it on you when vacating the apartment or you may be locked out. To provide a key to others in your group, use the "Share Key" option within the app.

Arrival - Parking

PLEASE NOTE: Your vehicle must be registered with Locale prior to parking in order to avoid being towed. Text the make, model, and plate number to 512-580-7606.

Step 1/9: Pull into the brick-paved driveway off of Pine Street.

To park within the garage, you must first retrieve a parking pass from within your apartment and then park your vehicle within the garage. Passes must be displayed on the dash to avoid being towed.

Step 2/9: Enter the building

Enter the code #5150 on the call box to the left of the door. Once accepted, it will unlock.

This code can also be found in the Hotel Information section of the OpenKey app.

Step 3/9: Take the elevator to the 3rd floor

Step 5/9: Retrieve your parking pass and fob from the room.

Step 6/9: Enter the parking garage

Once you've returned to your car with the key fob and parking pass in hand, exit the driveway heading toward 11th Ave and turn right at the traffic light. The garage entrance is located at 320 11th Ave S, right in front of the Wings Mural.

The opening is narrow, so proceed slowly.

Step 7/9: Present your parking pass to the ceiling-mounted scanner

Once the scanner has read the pass, the garage gate will open.


Important
: Slowly drive up to the white sensor (square on the ceiling) before the parking gate. Wait until the gate opens to drive forward. If it doesn’t open, slowly backup and the gate should open.

Step 8/9: Proceed to level 3 to locate Locale-designated parking spaces

Park in any spot that contains a Locale parking sign. Register your vehicle by calling or texting us at (512) 580-7606. Please clearly present your parking pass on the dashboard to avoid being towed.

Last Step: Enter the building. Proceed to your apartment.

Locate the entrance and enter the code 5150* to unlock the door. You'll use this code throughout your stay. Remember to use a star (*) symbol at the end. There is no pound symbol (#) in this code.
