Do you need to park your vehicle?
I don't need to park
Follow these steps for self check-in, which takes approximately 3-5 minutes.
You'll need to retrieve your key fob from a secured lockbox so you can enter the building, access the elevator, and locate your apartment.
Step 1 - Entering the building at garage the entrance
Enter the garage to the left of the Vantage building entrance. Walk right and follow signage directing you to the lobby and leasing center. You will see the butterfly system next to the door.
You will select Visitor Pass -> then enter the 6 digit building code from the access information you were sent via SMS -> select enter. Once you do this, the door will unlock and you will enter with the KeyCafe system immediately facing you.
Step 2
As soon as you enter, the KeyCafe system will be facing you. First tap the screen to begin, then select pick up keys, and lastly enter your 8 digit code to retrieve the fob. Once entered correctly, one of the boxes will open up with your key fob inside. Once you grab the key fob, please close the box and proceed to your unit.
Step 3
Use the 4-digit Apartment Access Code on the keypad to enter your apartment.

Step 2
As soon as you enter, the KeyCafe system will be facing you. First tap the screen to begin, then select pick up keys, and lastly enter your 8 digit code to retrieve the fob. Once entered correctly, one of the boxes will open up with your key fob inside. Once you grab the key fob, please close the box and return to your car to park.
Step 3
Head back to your vehicle and drive to the garage access reader. Use your fob to scan into the garage on the reader shown below. Drive up to the 6th floor of the parking garage and park in any non-reserved space.
WARNING: DO NOT PARK ON ANY FLOOR OTHER THAN THE 6TH FLOOR OR YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED.

Step 4
From your parking space, enter the elevator bank. Once inside the elevator, place your fob at the top of the sensor, near the middle. Once it lights up green/yellow, press the button for your floor.
At your apartment, use the 4-digit Apartment Access Code on the keypad to enter.
A note about check-out:
Please return any key fobs or wrist bands to the apartment prior to checking out. Lost items may result in a $150 replacement fee per item.
