Check-in

Step 1

Locate the parking garage entrance on Division Street.

Upon entering the garage, head straight ahead towards the rear of the garage to locate the temporary Locale parking spaces to your right.

Park in any of the temporary Locale parking spaces. Please note that you will be returning shortly to move your car once you have retrieved your parking pass and key fob from your unit.

Step 2

Walk towards the blue wall and make a right to locate the glass door that says “Locale”. Enter the building PIN on the keypad.

Please note: Access codes were texted to the phone number listed on your reservation earlier today/on your day of arrival.

Step 3

Proceed to the elevator. Upon entering the elevator room, take the elevator to the 5th floor.

Step 4

Upon exiting the elevator on floor 5, follow room number signage to proceed to your unit. At your apartment door, enter the 5-digit access code from your access code text message.

After entering your code the keypad will beep and flash green indicating that you may enter. Please remember to keep your key fob on your person because the apartment door will lock automatically behind you when you exit the apartment.

Step 5

Retrieve your parking pass and key fob from within your unit and then head back to the same elevator you came up in to return to your vehicle. Not all elevators go down to the garage level. Inside the elevator, press the button labeled “G” to access the ground floor where your car is temporarily parked.

Once you’re back in your car, hang the parking pass on your rearview mirror. Follow signage to the white parking gate located just past and to the right of the Leasing Center.

Step 6

Slowly drive up to the white gate and it will open as the reader detects your parking pass hanging from your rearview mirror. Note: The pass reader is a white square mounted to the ceiling in front of the gate.

Proceed through the gate and drive up to the 5th level.

Park in any space marked with a “Locale Guest Parking” sign.

Last Step

After parking your vehicle, locate the entry door labeled ‘Locale.’ Use your fob to gain entry, and follow room number signage to proceed to your unit.

Note: If you are staying in units 513-521, you need to turn left out of the elevator bank and follow signage to your unit. If you enter the stairwell between units 522 and 521, you will be locked inside and unable to exit unless you take the stairs all the way to the garage and re enter.

Please note: Your key fob will provide access to all communal spaces. Please remember to keep your key fob on your person because the apartment door will lock automatically behind you when you exit the apartment.
