Do you need to park your vehicle?

Step 1
After turning off of Catalina Drive into the parking lot, proceed straight past the Leasing Center and turn left just before the sign pictured below. Please be aware this is not a traditional hotel-style check-in process, and you will not enter through the leasing office. The Locale entrance is located on the third floor of the SP+ parking garage which is adjacent to your building.
Step 2
About 300 feet ahead, you will see the entrance to a parking garage on your left hand side. Ask your driver to drop you off there.
Step 3
Proceed into the garage via the sidewalk to the left of the boom barrier, and take an immediate left. Take one of the two elevators (pictured below) to the 3rd floor.
Step 4
As you exit the elevator, the Locale door is in front of you and to your left. To enter, locate the keypad on the door handle. Press the house icon on the bottom left, then type in 1216 and open the door.
Step 5
As you enter the hallway, locate the Keycafe box on the wall in front of you. This is where you will collect your room key. At the Keycafe box, using the screen at the bottom left, touch the screen and select “key pickup.” Enter the 8-digit code sent to you earlier and press the green checkmark. The bin containing your key fob will open automatically. Grab your key fob, close the bin, and head to your apartment.
Note that there are two different types of fobs on the keychain (pictured below): The blue Salto fob will give you access to your apartment, building entrances, elevator, and amenity spaces. The green Keycafe fob is what you will use to return your key to the Keycafe box. It does not unlock any doors. Please do not separate either of these fobs from the keychain.
Step 6
Locate your apartment and tap your key fob to enter. Your apartment door will automatically lock behind you, so keep your key fob with you at all times when leaving the apartment.

Step 2
About 300 feet ahead, you will see the entrance to a parking garage on your lefthand side. This is a public parking garage and you will be responsible for payment if you choose to park here.
Step 3
The Locale entrance is on the third floor, but you may park on other levels as well. Please park in an undesignated parking space (no sign above the parking space). If you park in a designated parking space, your car could be towed.
Step 4
The Locale entry (pictured below) is located on the 3rd floor of the parking garage next to the elevators. To enter, locate the keypad on the door handle. Press the house icon on the bottom left, then type in 1216 and open the door.
