The Apartment

Where can I dispose of trash?
You can dispose of bagged trash in the trash room located across from unit 526. Please ensure all trash is bagged before disposing of it down the chute. Please do not insert any cardboard or bulky items down the chute. To dispose of cardboard, please break it down and place it neatly along the wall in the trash room.

‍How can I receive packages?
Locale guests cannot receive packages at Aspire Gulch. Our shipping partner, Bounce, offers convenient package delivery options for Locale guests. Click here to review pricing, see delivery options, and  Package deliveries cannot be received at the building. To receive packages you can use our partner, Bounce. They offer package acceptance via offsite locations. You can use this link to review pricing and nearby locations or complete a booking. A convenient alternative is to place an Amazon order for delivery to a nearby Hub. The closest Amazon Hub is located at 1202 Broadway (inside Whole Foods).

‍How can I receive food delivery?
Please plan to meet your delivery driver at the elevator landing on the ground floor where you initially entered the building. You can direct the driver to park in our marked Locale parking spaces on the ground floor of the garage for their convenience.  Please provide your delivery driver the following address for delivery: 805 Division St., Nashville, TN 37203.

‍How do I operate the thermostat?
To operate your thermostat, first press the mode button to switch between the heating, cooling, and off settings. If you have selected heating or cooling, press the + or - buttons to set your ideal temperature. You can adjust the fan settings by pressing the fan button to choose between “Auto Fan” (the fan will automatically turn on and off to ensure your unit is always at your selected temperature) or “On” (the fan will run continuously). Cycle through the modes until your desired fan mode is displayed and leave it to activate.

Barista Parlor (0.2 mi): This popular coffee shop serves specialty coffee drinks and pastries in a chic, industrial setting.
Killebrew Coffee (0.3 mi): This stylish coffee shop is perfect for light bites & on-the-go eats in the Thompson Nashville hotel.

Visit the Nashville Farmers' Market (1.7 mi): This indoor/outdoor market features a wide variety of local produce, meats, and other goods from area farmers and producers.
Take a tour of the Tennessee Brew Works (0.7 mi): This historic brewery offers guided tours and tastings of its craft beers.
Go shopping at the Gulch Crossing (0.5 mi): This outdoor shopping center features a variety of fashionable stores, along with restaurants and other amenities.
Go hiking or biking at the Shelby Bottoms Greenway (6.2 mi): This network of trails offers a variety of hiking and biking options, along with beautiful views of the Cumberland River.
