Property Rules & Regulations
Locale independently manages your apartment. If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please contact Locale and not the onsite leasing team. Our Guest Services team is available 24/7 via text or phone call to (512) 580-7606.
Pool, Fitness Center & Business Center: The pool, rooftop terrace, and fitness center are all located on the 7th floor and require a key fob for entry. The business center is also located in the common area of the 7th floor. Please respect all community areas regarding the volume of you and your guests, trash or belongings, and tidying up after yourself accordingly. You are required to respect all rules and regulations posted by Vantage in these areas during your stay.
We are a non-smoking community: Smoking is prohibited in your apartment and common areas of the building. Failure to abide by these standards will result in a $500 fine. You may smoke 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are between 10PM-7AM. You are expected to comply with the building’s standards for quiet hours for all public areas of the building as well as your room. Noise violations during this time is strictly prohibited. Policy violations could result in eviction.

Where can I dispose of trash?
You can dispose of trash or recycled items in the trash on any floor. The trash room is located directly next to units ending in 11 (e.g., LHMC1111) near the elevator landing. Please make sure all trash bags are tied and secured, and boxes are broken down before throwing down the recycle shoot.
How can I receive packages?
Locale guests cannot receive packages. Our shipping partner, Bounce, offers convenient package delivery options for Locale guests. Click here to review pricing, see delivery options, and Package deliveries cannot be received at the building. To receive packages you can use our partner, Bounce. They offer package acceptance via offsite locations. You can use this link to review pricing and nearby locations or complete a booking. A convenient alternative is to place an Amazon order for delivery to a nearby Hub.
How can I receive food delivery?
All food delivery orders need to be received in the lobby area on the first floor.
How do I operate the thermostat?
Locale Medical Center uses Nest Thermostat systems. Grab the circular Nest with your finger twist and turn right to toggle to the heating/cooling option. Push the middle part of the Nest to select this option, then once you are in turn the Nest to the right again to go down to the preferred climate and push the middle part of the Nest in to select. From there you can turn the Nest either left or right to adjust the temperatures up or down. Once you find the right temperature, push the middle part of the Nest in to select.
