Where can I dispose of trash?
Bagged trash and recycling can be disposed of via the trash and recycle shutes located in the hallway between the units ending in 07 and 09.
How can I receive packages?
Locale guests cannot receive mail or packages through USPS. For FedEx and UPS packages can be addressed to the guest name and unit number and will be held by the building concierge. For Amazon deliveries the package will be placed in the Amazon lockers in the building and if delivered correctly by Amazon, a retrieval code will be sent to the Locale team. Please be advised that we do not accept responsibility for the accuracy of delivery or for holding or delivering packages.
How can I receive food delivery?
Please include your unit number in the delivery address and notate in delivery instructions to check in at the concierge’s desk. The concierge will send the delivery up.
How do I operate the thermostat?
To operate your thermostat, first press the mode button to switch between the Heat, Cool , Auto, and Off. If you have selected heating or cooling, press the + or - buttons to set your ideal temperature.
